Kevin M. Loftus is a partner with the firm. Mr. Loftus graduated St. Peter’s College (B.A., 1980; Hofstra University School of Law (J.D., 1983).

Mr. Loftus was admitted to practice in New York in 1984, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is presently a member of Westchester County, Dutchess County, New York State, American Bar Associations and The American Association for Justice. Mr. Loftus has successfully handled cases in a variety of fields and has tried numerous cases to completion.

Mr. Loftus is a member of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association and a member of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Loftus has served as a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association and has served as a lecturer in the field of Products Liability Law to members of the Food Industry and the Suppliers and Manufacturers of Herbal Supplements.
