White Plains, New York Philomena Basuk is a partner with the firm. Ms. Basuk graduated Bellevue Mills Schools of Nursing (R.N. 1969); SUNY Cortland (B.S.E., Magna Cum Laude, 1975); New York University (M.A.,1978); Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude, 1985). Mrs. Basuk was admitted to the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar in 1986. She is presently a member American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New Jersey and Westchester Bar Associations. Ms. Basuk is former Risk Manager at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York. She provides in-service education to Nursing and Medical Staff at numerous hospitals. She is liaison with Pace University’s Nurse Consultant Program. Ms. Basuk also handles a wide variety of serious medical malpractice cases, including brain damage babies, Erb’s Palsy and breast cancer cases. Areas of Practice:
