Carol Berman is an associate with the firm. Ms. Berman has a background in real estate as an Associate Real Estate Broker in NY and as a Licensed Salesperson in NJ.

Ms. Berman graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1983. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law in 1988; in 1986 she wrote a simulated trial manual for a Criminal Law Seminar Class that became the model manual for future classes.

Ms. Berman is licensed to practice in New York, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association.
